Thursday evening at 8:42 Cedar Falls Police officers attempted to make a traffic stop on a white Pontiac Grand Prix near the intersection of Sunny Lane and Terrace Drive for a traffic violation. The vehicle did not stop and led officers on a pursuit going into Waterloo before coming back into Cedar Falls. The vehicle finally stopped at the intersection of Ashworth Drive and Algonquin Drive.
The driver, Chandra Horton, was arrested for eluding, an outstanding warrant and numerous traffic violations.
