Cedar Falls police have made an arrest in the shooting that took the life of a man in an apartment above the Los Cabos Mexican Restaurant. 18 year old Keyon Roby was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit a felony. Police believe Roby pulled the trigger back on December 3 in the second floor apartment that took the life of 24 year old Grant Saul during a botched drug deal for cocaine. Roby is being held on $185,000 bond.
