Governor Terry Branstad says he won’t question Iowa Senator Charles Grassley’s decision to not hold nomination hearings for the U.S. Supreme Court vacancy.
Branstad says he supports Grassley and won’t “second guess or criticize” the Republican chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
The committee holds confirmation hearings and votes on federal court appointments.
