A man accused of shooting and killing a dog in Waterloo is in police custody.
Police in East Chicago, Indiana arrested 19-year-old Charles Brewer Junior last week. He faces multiple charges, including intimidation with a dangerous weapon.
Police said he shot and killed a dog during an argument with a neighbor outside a house on West Mullan Avenue in Waterloo in October.
Police said the dog tried to defend its owner, and Brewer shot the dog several times, killing it.
