The man suspected of murdering two women in a home in Waterloo earlier this week has been arrested, according to KWWL. Matthew Buford III was arrested Wednesday night in Illinois. He was taken into custody shortly before midnight without incident. Buford is accused of shooting 42 year old Tamica Allison and 41 year old Andrea Anderson to death inside a home at 1112 W. 2nd Street. He was reportedly dating one of the women. Buford is being held in the Peoria County Jail at this time.
