Waverly Budget Update

The City of Waverly has had to make some major cuts including reducing staff and not opening the pool this Summer. Waverly mayor Mark Anderson says progress has been made. The mayor says there will be spending from other funds this year. Mayor Anderson says funds cannot legally transferred from one to another.
