The city of Cedar Falls has announced when runoff elections in two races will be held. The elections to determine a winner for the Ward 4 Council seat between Tom Blanford and Simon Harding as well as the At Large City Council seat between Dave Sires and Nick Taiber will be held on Tuesday, December 3. The two winners will join Mayor-elect Rob Green and Council member Susan deBuhr when they are sworn in at noon on Thursday January 2nd.
