Teresa Bair, formerly Kehe, has retired after 37 years of coaching volleyball. Kehe won six titles with Tripoli before heading to Loras College and then Linn-Mar high school. She finishes her career with 903 wins.

Sunday the Wartburg women’s soccer team fell 1-0 to 8-ranked Pomona-Pitzer in the second round of the NCCA Division III Women’s Soccer Championships. Wartburg finishes the season 15-3-3. and A-R-C Champions.
Sunday night in college basketball the UNI women dominated Iowa from the opening tip and didn’t let up for the entire game en route to an 88-66 win over the Hawkeyes, the first win over Iowa since 2006.
Sunday UNI Wrestling fell just short on the road in the dual season opener at Northwestern. The Panthers recorded a pair of major decisions including one by W-SR alum Bryce Steiert and a pin by Taylor Lujan at 184, but an injury forfeit at 197 sealed a 24-20 victory for the Wildcats.
