Two people from Waterloo have been arrested after allegedly stealing a car in the small Worth County town of Joice, according to KIMT. According to authorities, 27 year old Nurija Huebner and 28 year old Mariah Gibbons stole a 2004 Chevy Impala and two gas cans out of the driveway in Joice. They then took that car to the Co-op in Joice, left the car there, and took the cans into another car they had left there. That car, a 2005 Chevy Malibu, was then spotted at the Diamond Jo Casino. Huebner and Gibbons were arrested at the casino. Huebner has been charged with 2nd degree and 5th degree theft. Gibbons is facing a charge of conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony.
