Waterloo Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 17 year old and her 4 month old daughter, according to KWWL. Zakiyyah Roby and her daughter were last seen around 6:00 Wednesday morning at a location on Randolph Street. She is described as a black female standing 5’8” tall and weighing 211 pounds. She has brown eyes and blonde and brown braids. Police also say she has fresh scratches on her face and a light colored birthmark under her right eye. She may be wearing a black hooded zip up Nike jacket. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Waterloo Police.
