A teenage girl has been charged with Arson after a fire destroyed a home in Waterloo, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Fire crews were called to 328 Edwards Street around 2:20am. When they arrived on scene they found a fire burning on the second floor. They were able to finally extinguish the blaze. A 16 year old girl was apprehended for the crime. According to police she does not live at the home. She is being charged as a juvenile and her name was not released. No injuries were reported in the fire.
