A Charles City man will go to trial after allegedly stealing from Kmart, according to KIMT. 28 year old Kenin Neve was charged with 2nd degree theft after he was accused of stealing from the store for over a month. Security cameras caught Neve taking money out of a store cash bag and putting it into his pocket. Court documents say he took more than $6,000 worth of cash and items from Kmart. He was arrested in December on the theft charge. He will go to trial on March 19.
