A Waterloo teen has been arrested after allegedly stealing from a car dealership, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 19 year old Tarshawn Dixon was noticed speeding around noon on Monday in the area of East Fourth and Sumner Streets. Dixon refused to pull over for police leading them on a chase reaching speeds of 50 mph in a 25 mph zone. The Saturn Vue that Dixon was in eventually left the roadway in the 300 block of Wendell Court. Police were able to determine that the car came from C&S Auto and that Dixon had taken the keys from the building. After being taken to jail, Dixon bonded out. Then, in the early morning hours of Tuesday police responded to a burglary alarm at C&S. They later found Dixon several blocks away with another set of keys. He was again arrested and taken to jail, before being released again.
