The following press release regards a crash Tuesday:
On June 14, 2022 at approximately 11:02 am, Cedar Falls Police and Fire Rescue personnel responded to a rollover accident involving three vehicles at the intersection of Hudson Road and Viking Road. Upon arrival, one of the drivers was found ejected from a vehicle. The driver, Darian Kelly – age 33 of Cedar Falls, Iowa – was transported to Mercy One Hospital in Waterloo with serious injuries. A second driver, Bodie Reeder – age 35 of Cedar Falls – was also transported by to Unity Point Health – Allen Hospital in Waterloo. No other information about either driver’s injuries is available, but the injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.
This investigation is on-going and no charges have been filed at this time. Cedar Falls Police and Fire Rescue were assisted by the Hudson Police Department, Cedar Falls Utilities, Cedar Falls Public Works, and Mercy One Paramedics.
