Public Pooping Banned in Waterloo
You can no longer poop in public in Waterloo, according to KWWL. The Waterloo City Council unanimously added public defecation to an existing ordinance that already bans public urination. This was the second reading of the measure, putting it into place.
Road Closed in Janesville
