Women Go to 10-0; FB Rejects Bowl Bids
Sunday in women’s basketball Iowa State slaughtered Northern Illinois 105-52 to move to 10-0. The Iowa State football team rejected bowl invitations. After the departure of head coach Matt Campbell to Penn State the Cyclones decided to not go bowling.

Dunkerton & Springville Split
Thursday night on Y99.3 the Dunkerton Raiders and Springville Orioles split a doubleheader header. In the girls game the 5th ranked Orioles beat the 6th ranked Raiders 44-36. In the boys game Dunkerton won 58-45. In another doubleheader Thursday night the Tripoli girls beat West Central 58-21 and the boys lost 58-41.
