A Clarksville woman has been arrested after using a credit card without the owner’s consent. 24 year old Pamela Curtis racked up more than $1,500 worth of purchases on a credit card that did not belong to her. On Thursday she was charged with Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards and booked into the Butler County Jail. It is unclear how Curtis got a hold of the credit card.
