A Waterloo woman has been arrested for using the information of a woman more than 80 years older than her to get a Kwik Star credit card, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 20 year old Hailey Cloutier used her own name but entered the personal information of a 102 year old woman in order to obtain the card. Cloutier then made more than $3,200 worth of purchases with the card in April and May. Cloutier was arrested on Friday and charged with second degree Theft. The victim says she does not know Cloutier.
