A 13 year old girl has been charged as a juvenile with two counts of Attempted Murder in Waterloo, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to a home on Leavitt Street around 1:30pm Wednesday. There they found a man that had been shot in the face. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries. He is expected to survive. The girl allegedly entered the home and shot the man before attempting to shoot another person and fleeing. She was later located and taken to a juvenile center. The names of those involved have not been released. Details as far as what led to the shooting have not yet been released.
