A 13th person has been arrested in relation to a brawl on College Hill last August, according to KWWL. 19 year old Quinton Mickey of Waterloo has been picked up on a warrant for rioting. He also was charged with interference and assault on a peace officer causing injury. The brawl was captured by several security cameras installed to help curb violence in the area. There may yet be more arrests at a later date.
