The City of Waverly and the Iowa Department of Transportation announced on Wednesday afternoon that West Bremer Avenue between 20th Street Northwest and Casey’s General Store, 1312 W. Bremer Ave., will open to two lanes of traffic starting Thursday. Drivers are asked to use extreme caution as construction vehicles will also be using the two lanes to enter the work zone.
