Two Waterloo men were arrested on drugs and weapons charges in Wadena on Monday. 34 year old David Chiles was initially arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear out of Black Hawk County. That led to a search of a home in Wadena which found methamphetamine, marijuana, paraphernalia, pills, ammunition, and an assault rifle. Chiles was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine- first offense, Possession of Marijuana- first offense, Gathering Where Controlled Substances are Used, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 24 year old Jayden Robe was charged with Possession of Marijuana- first offense, Gathering Where Controlled Substances are Used, Possession of a Prescription Drug, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Felony weapons charges are pending at this time.
