Cedar Falls Police took three occupants of a vehicle that led them on a chase through town on Friday night into custody, but the driver remains at large. Police initiated a traffic stop not long before midnight on Friday but the driver refused to pull over and the chase was on. Police say the vehicle was traveling in a reckless manner and at a high rate of speed. All four people inside the vehicle bailed out in the 100 block of West 22nd Street. The three passengers were all taken into custody. They have been identified as 18 year old Jersey Barfels, 18 year old Jacquese Buford, and 18 year old Madisyn Whiteman. They were all charged with Interference with Official Acts. The investigation is still ongoing.
