An Oelwein man will go to prison after selling methamphetamine, conspiring to have a government witness assaulted, and sexually abusing multiple women, according to KIMT. 39 year old Justin Bueler was sentenced to 30 years in prison to be followed by six years of supervised release. Buehler was selling meth to an employee of his workplace. Law enforcement worked with that person to bring Buehler down. During the trial process it was discovered that Buehler had conspired with his cellmates to have a witness physically assaulted before they could testify. Two witnesses also came forward to testify that Buehler convinced them to come to his residence where he plied them with substances and sexually assaulted them on multiple occasions. Buehler was declared a career offender under United States Sentencing Guidelines.
