A third person has been arrested in connection with the shooting of a man in his knee back on August 10th, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 24 year old Logan Klein, of Marion, has been charged with Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury and Intimidation with a Weapon. Investigators believe Klein was the driver in the shooting. Last month they arrested 17 year old Deshawn Wilson, of Waterloo, for allegedly pulling the trigger. 19 year old Dequavion Williams, of Marion was also arrested.
