Four Waterloo teens have been arrested after allegedly mugging another teen in Lafayette Park, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. The victim was walking from East High School on Friday to Newton’s Cafe when he was surrounded by two 16 year olds and two 15 year olds. The alleged assailants knocked the victim to the ground and took $5 in cash. Some nearby construction workers came to the aid of the victim and helped him get back to the school to report the attack. The four suspects were located at Hardee’s. Police found that one of them had recorded the attack. They have now been charged with second degree Robbery.
