A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly paying a minor for sex on multiple occasions, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 63 year old Jeffery Heasley has been charged with felony Prostitution. Heasley is accused of having sexual contact with a minor girl on at least seven occasions between January and May. He allegedly paid the girl between $50 and $100 each time. He faces up to five years in prison if convicted.
