Governor Kim Reynolds has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff Friday to honor the victims of the 9/11 attacks 25 years ago today. Reynolds’ order says that flags should fly at half-staff from sunrise to sunset to honor eight known victims from Iowa, including 40 year old Karen Ann Kincaid of Waverly.
There will also be ceremony in Kohlmann Park in Waverly Friday at noon to honor those lost on 9/11.
