At last weeks city council meeting, much debate still focused on what impact the Bremer Avenue road conversion in Waverly has had on downtown businesses. Longtime resident Heather Beaufore talks about her plan she hopes will better answer that question.
Beaufore says the surveys will be going out next week, and businesses will have until July 1st to mail them back in the self addressed stamped envelopes that will be provided with the surveys.
