A third person has been arrested in connection to a home invasion in Waterloo, according to the Courier. 36 year old Cassandra Wright was identified in a video showing four people breaking into a home in the 500 block of Western Avenue. Two people participating in the break in had firearms according to police. A resident of the home was grazed in the face when a shot rang out. Wright fled the scene before police could arrive. Two other alleged intruders, 40 year old James Welton and 52 year old Larry Clayton, were found hiding in the basement. All three are being held on multiple charges with a $100,000 bond each.
