A car chase through Bremer County ended in the arrest of a Minnesota man. 59 year old Richard Dennehey from Brainerd Minnesota was charged with operating while intoxicated, eluding while intoxicated, second offense possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license revoked. During the chase Dennehey struck a Bremer County patrol car. He is being held on a $7,000 bond. More charges could be added at a later date.
