Trial has been set for a Waterloo man arrested in Chickasaw County after a high speed chase, according to KIMT. Chickasaw County Deputies were called to a home in Fredericksburg on a report that a man was in violation of a no contact order. When they arrived on scene they found 31 year old Johnny Harris, Jr, who then led them on a chase. At the time, Harris had warrants out for his arrest for domestic abuse assault and displaying a dangerous weapon. He will now go to trial on January 2 on the new charges from the chase.
