The operator of a nature show who has been accused of attempted enticement of a minor also owns land for a planned children’s zoo in Iowa.
Records show Christopher Kaiser owns the property for Zimmerman’s Children’s Zoo, near Fredericksburg. The zoo’s website says it will open June 1. People at the property wouldn’t comment on future plans after charges were announced.
