Waterloo Police are investigating a robbery at the Gyro Hut over the weekend, according to KWWL. Police were called to the restaurant around 3:30 Saturday morning. An employee told them that he was behind the restaurant in the alley way when a white male approached him, displaying a knife and demanding money. The suspect then fled in a cream colored van. It is unclear if the suspect got away with any money. The investigation into the robbery is still ongoing at this time.
