Janesville mayor Dave Beenblossom recently expressed his concern over the city’s firefighting agreement with Cedar Falls in light of the latter’s move to public safety officers.

On March 5th Beenblossom and Cedar Falls Mayor Rob Green were able to agree on terms of a new Memorandum of Understanding which will allow the existing mutual aid agreement to continue with some guidelines regarding personnel, equipment and operations during joint fire calls.
