A construction project in Waverly scheduled to begin earlier this month has a new starting date. The reconstruction of 20th Street NW next to Bartels will now begin on Monday, June 8th. Work on the reconstruction was originally scheduled to begin back on May 18th but had to be delayed. The work will close the road to through traffic as barricades will be put in place. The project is expected to take around 3 months to complete.
