A Charles City man is in jail after allegedly sexually abusing a child, according to KIMT. 24 year old James Foster III has been charged with 2nd degree sexual abuse and one count of lascivious acts with a child. Foster is accused of abusing a child under the age of 9 between 2014 and 2016. If convicted on both charges Foster would face up to 35 years in prison. He is currently being held in the Floyd County Jail on $25,000 bond.
