Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds announced Wednesday that her current COVID-19 proclamation has been extended to midnight on Wednesday, December 16th with minimal changes.
One of those changes will no allow for two spectators to go to sporting events for each cheerleader, band member and the like instead of just two spectators per athlete.
