A Waverly woman was arrested after a traffic stop in Clarksville on Sunday. Clarksville Police pulled over a vehicle that had a headlight out. The driver of the car was identified as 19 year old Ariana Johnson. She was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was also determined to be incapable of safely operating a motor vehicle due to impairment by controlled substances. Police also performed a search of the home where Johnson was staying and seized illegal substances and drug paraphernalia. Johnson has been charged with operating while under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She has been booked into the Butler County Jail.
