Parkersburg Man Arrested in Clarksville

A Parkersburg man has been arrested after driving erratically in Clarksville over the weekend. Police received a 911 call on Saturday informing them of a vehicle that was running stop signs and narrowly avoiding collisions with other vehicles. Police were able to locate the suspected vehicle near the entrance to the nature center. They arrested the driver, 41 year old Nathan Trotter, and charged him with OWI second offense. Trotter was released from custody after posting bond.
