A car chase in Waterloo ends with the arrest of a 15 year old while another individual remains free, according to KWWL. Police attempted to pull over a car for a headlight that was not working shortly after midnight Wednesday morning. The vehicle refused to pull over however. A chase ensued. That came to an end when the driver of the vehicle drove into a ditch near Idaho Street. The driver and the passenger both attempted to run away. The passenger was caught by police. He was released to his parents. The driver has not yet been apprehended. The car, which was stolen, was not damaged in the chase and was returned to its owner.
