A Cedar Falls man has won a $30,000 prize on a $3 scratch off ticket, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Chad Niehaus bought the “Bonus Crossword” ticket at the Thunder Ridge Ampride in Cedar Falls. He claimed his prize at the Iowa Lottery Headquarters in Clive on Tuesday. There are 144 top prizes for “Bonus Crossword” and Niehaus’ ticket was the 88th sold thus far.
