A Charles City man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a child, according to KIMT. 32 year old James Teel has been charged with second degree sexual abuse. Investigators say that a child under the age of 10 told them that Teel had sexual contact with the child in a bathroom of a Charles City business. Teel’s bond has been set at $25,000.
