Several residential streets on Waverly’s northwest side will seal coated this week, weather permitting. The seal coating process involves the placement of oil and then rock chips on the street. The road can then immediately be driven on but quick stops and starts are discouraged. The entire process is expected to be complete in two weeks, during which vehicles and trailers cannot be parked on the street.
