Police in Waterloo have made an arrest in the shooting near Kwik Star off Highway 218 on Tuesday, according to KWWL. A 17 year old was taken into custody yesterday and charged with 1st Degree Robbery and Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon. The teen’s name was not released. The victim, 20 year old Dayton Sanders of Waterloo, was found dead in the median of 218 of a gunshot wound. Police say the investigation is still ongoing and they ask that anyone in the area at the time of the crime contact them, they are especially looking for any video or photos that may be helpful.
