A man who kidnapped a teenager who was babysitting and attempted to sexually abuse her has been sentenced to 25 years in prison, according to KWWL. Saul Vasquez grabbed a 16 year old girl on West 18th St in July of 2019 after the child she was watching went inside a home briefly. Vasquez took the girl into his bedroom where he groped her before she was able to push him away and escape. He was found guilty earlier this year of second degree kidnapping and assault with intent to commit sexual abuse for the 2019 incident. In addition to his prison sentence he will have serve 10 years of parole and register as a sex offender. Vasquez told officials he is in the United States illegally.
