A Waterloo inmate has escaped from his work release facility, according to KWWL. 30 year old Devin Smith failed to report to the facility on Monday night. He is described as standing 6’2” tall and weighing 167 pounds. In a picture released of Smith he has long dreads and is wearing glasses. He was convicted of Second Degree Robbery and other charges in Black Hawk County. He was admitted to the Waterloo work release facility on May 26th of this year.
