In an update to a story we told you about on Monday, the mysterious deaths of two people in Charles City may be connected to a missing persons case out of Dunkerton, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 44 year old Jennifer Swingen, also known as Jennifer Smith, was reported missing from her Dunkerton home by her father earlier this month. Police performed a welfare check at Swingen’s ex husband’s home in Charles City on October 12th, that is when one body was found, while a second person died in transit to a hospital. No further details are available at this point at the investigation into the case continues.
