A Charles City man has been charged with felony Child Endangerment after allegedly throwing a chair at a 13 year old, according to KIMT. 58 year old Charles Berger was arrested on Friday in connection to the incident on November 1st. Authorities say the child had bruising and scarring after being struck by the chair. It is unclear what led to the alleged chair throw.
