A man who allegedly sexually abused an 11 year old boy with disabilities in Waterloo has been arrested in Georgia, according to KWWL. 29 year old Andrew Heiderscheit was arrested over the weekend. Police say they began investigating Heiderscheit in 2019 after they found images that they traced to the boy who was allegedly abused. Heiderscheit has been charged with two counts of Second Degree Sexual Abuse. He is currently being held in the Black Hawk County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
